Entering text in a PowerPoint slide

We add text to our slides, but we are going to go a little more detail, because the text is important. After all, the words on the slide is how to get your message across! (Moreover, these words will remind you of what is supposed to be panicked when induced collapse of the brain!) Let's start by choosing a slide layout that has a "box" in it. Nearly every slide layout has a text box, so any work for them. As you continue to use PowerPoint you will discover that there are some designs that use more often ... the most useful include the double column of text boxes, and text-plus-image slides.

You can add text, click on the center of the box and write. In doing so, you may notice that the rectangular box becomes outlined by a "line of dashes. This line of scripts simply means that the box is selected.

However, if we look at this script online, you may notice that there are a number of small white circles. These white circles are the "handles" that you can drag and change the shape of the box. To move around the text box, simply click and drag the line of dashes (ie, anywhere that is not a circle drive).

Here's something interesting!

When you resize a text box, try holding down the [change] key. In doing so, the height and width of the proportions remain constant. Similarly, when the conclusion of the [control] key, the table to keep the heart of the exact location. Try it, you'll be amazed! (Well, maybe not ...)

Change the order of the slides in PowerPoint

At some point during the creation process that is going to want to change the order of the slides. There are a couple of ways to do this.
The traditional (old) Way
1. One way to rearrange the slides is done through the "slide sorter view." At the bottom of the scheme that there is a small button. Clicking on this button will lead to the "slide sorter view." This view is useful because it gives large thumbnails of the slides that you can grab and move. You can switch back to "normal" by clicking the little "Normal View" button. You can also switch between these views from the top menu and click [View - SlideSorter]

The "new and improved" Way
An easier way to move the slides (PowerPoint 2002) is simply use the "details of slides." Take the submission in question and move up and down. This is how I prefer to reorder slides - I just go into the "Slide Sorter official" when the reordering of photo albums or adding fancy effects, such as transitions and animations (we'll talk about these videos in the future).

Changing Properties in PowerPoint slides

We will discuss in more detail the properties of the slide show and what you can change. There are basically three options you can modify the presentation of design (template), design, and its background.

Go to the File menu and select [Format] and you'll see three options. Click on any of them, and the options that appear in the task pane.

The design of slides

You've already seen the designs when they slide up a template for your presentation. Clicking on a miniature model, all the slides change. However, if you only want to change the current slide, click the small arrow to the right of the thumbnail and select "Slide selected to implement."

Background

Finally, you can change the background color of the slide. Most templates already have a background color, but you can change easily. An elegant effect may try to fill the effects of substance. These allow you to create attractive color gradients.

The slide layout

Here you can change the design to the current slide. For example, you can change a single column to a bulleted list of double-column list

Using the "Outline View in PowerPoint"

You can add information to the slides in a couple of ways.
The most obvious is to simply type in the slide itself. Click on any text box and start typing.
There is another way, however, and its so-called "outline view" tab. Click on this tab (located on the left side of the screen) and you will see a summary of all the text in your presentation. You can write and edit text in the panel of this scheme and that magically appears on the slide.

Writing in the outline view, the text will appear in the title area of the current slide. When you press the Enter key, you'll create a new slide and can start writing again. This is the hard part.
To add text to the other areas of the slide (ie the main text area) that have to learn to promote and demote text. Write a text in the outline, and then go to the top toolbar and find the "dash" buttons.
By clicking on them, its outline text moves on to become one of the titles ..., bulleted text, or sub-bulleted text. Try it! Personally, I do not think that the schedule to do all useful. It is much easier to write on the screen. However, some people seem to really like seeing the scheme as they can write up a very fast with this method. I mainly use it to read the test after my presentation is completed, as it is sometimes easier to read my text on a white background color scheme to a slide.
