Add notes to PowerPoint slides

Spelling errors are bad. But there is nothing worse than being compared to a large audience, looking at the slide, and fumbling for words, because you have no idea why it has created the presentation in the first place.
Fortunately, PowerPoint lets you add personal notes to your presentation ... text that only comes to see. This allows you to plan out your presentation and summary of what is actually going to say during the show (example: "tell a joke about a priest and the rabbi").
Another nice feature of these notes is that you remember what they were thinking about the future - especially useful when you have to repeat a presentation many months later. To add notes, simply type in the notes pane at the bottom of the screen. You can increase the size of this area by dragging the divider bar. If you plan to write a lot of notes, you may want to switch to the "notes view" design. Go to the menu bar and click [View - NotesPage]



How will you see these notes?

This is a difficult issue, and whether you give your presentation. The easiest way to see your notes is simply print out before the presentation and look at the paper notes, while you speak. This is the most reliable, and how to put the notes in general, a presentation, although it tends to use up a lot of paper. Sometimes, I will not write the notes at all, but to print up the outline of my presentation, the notes and the pen directly on this.
If you are in a large auditorium that is specifically created for PowerPoint can have a computer with two monitors. This project allows your presentation on the big screen projector, and see your notes in a small computer monitor embedded in the podium. Takes a bit of expertise to this, and most of these rooms will be supported by staff who can do this for you.

Note: Whenever possible, it is better to run the show from your laptop. An auditorium of the computer may not have the latest version of PowerPoint. It might also be too slow (or not have the correct software) to play advanced objects such as videos and animations.
