Insert clipart Slides

PowerPoint XP comes pre-packaged with a series of charts, or "images" images that can be used in his presentation. These images can be placed directly on the slide images in the same way that photographs can.
To insert a clip-art graphics on the slide, go to the File menu and click [Insert - Picture - Clipart]. The first time you present, the "clip organizer" will bear, and try to search your entire computer for all the clip art images.
Any photo on your computer is fair game, and the clip will host quite a long time (more than 10 minutes) to make this initial study. Do not worry, though ... and that this search is not repeated again.



After this initial configuration, the insertion of images is easy. Once again, click [Insert - Picture - Clipart]. In doing so, the clip-art selection options appear in the Task Pane right. You now have two methods to find a piece of images:



1. You can run a search.
When you run a search on a name, such as the "eye" of PowerPoint through searches of its entire database of images of images for pictures with the word "eye" on him. This search includes all the clip art included with PowerPoint, and each picture and the image on your hard disk that is "eye" in its name. So, you see a thumbnail image from each eye as possible on your computer, and you can insert any of these "images of images" on the slide by clicking its thumbnail.


2. You can run the clip organizer.
This is how previous versions of powerpoint images treated, and I think it is even easier. This latest version of PowerPoint XP handles images slightly different from the old versions. I think this is one area that Microsoft dropped the ball, as the new Clipart Organizer is a bit more complicated than it should be. However, it is not terribly difficult ... When the clip organizer, you get a file, directory of all the clip art.
Go to the "Office of the collections and look through these types of image files until you find one you want. The office of the collections "are the real images of clip art that comes with Office preinstalled, and are divided into useful categories such as animals or health.


After finding a clip art images and place it on the slide, you can manipulate, rotate and resize it like you would any other photo or image.
